Tom Flumé is a Swedish entrepreneur and former elite swimmer. He is the founder and CEO of the skincare brand Moss & Noor, which specializes in skincare products for active lifestyles.

In 2022, he won the Swedish version of the TV show The Apprentice, where he impressed businesswoman Gunilla von Platen and secured an investment in his company.

Before founding Moss & Noor, Tom worked as a consultant for several Fortune 500 companies in the retail industry. He has also served as Business Director at Apegroup and Great Works, and as a board member of Hall & Lundgren Creative Management.

Tom is based in Stockholm.
